I can offer you a service that allows you to spend less time worrying about the small stuff and gives you more time to think about the important stuff...

Here's what I can do for you:

  • Take calls diverted from your business phone, record messages and act on them as you instruct.
  • Sort and action emails.
  • All Microsoft office document applications can be typed in required formats or changed for your specifications.
  • Documents can include; letters, spread sheets, invoices, quotes and purchase orders.
  • Multi media downloads, disk burns and uploading files to your USB sticks.
  • Editing, copyrighting, article writing, internet research, keyword searches and blog writing are also services I can offer.

I am a native English speaking kiwi, tertiary educated and have worked in administration and front office reception positions for about ten years. With a professional attitude to time restraints and an appreciation for value for money, I can provide a great phone service, a home based office in the Perth northern suburbs with close proximity to banks and the Post Office.

My office is equipped with fax, scan and copy equipment. I am available on Skype and I have a fast reliable, internet connection.

 

My rates are:

$30 an hour or

$10 for 15 minute incruments.

Whole day (eight hours) and weekly (40 hrs) rates are available on request and are all inclusive.

I use Paypal or Electronic Transfer. Bank details are available on request.

 

Virtual Assisting is fairly new in Australia, but it is sure to become an option that outweighs the space and cost issues of running an office.
